Neal Driscoll

Dermody Properties

Neal Driscoll is Midwest Region Partner for Dermody Properties and is responsible for the company’s expanding portfolio across the region through the pursuit of acquisition, development, redevelopment and build-to-suit opportunities, as well as oversight of the existing portfolio.

Neal was previously Vice President and Market Officer for Liberty Property Trust.  During his 15-year career with Liberty, he oversaw a portfolio that grew from approximately 8 million square feet to 19 million square feet of industrial space across the midwestern United States including Chicago, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Indiana, Cincinnati and Columbus.  In this capacity, Neal was responsible for all aspects of Midwest enterprise including acquisition, disposition, (re)development, leasing and operations.

Prior to his time at Liberty, he was an industrial broker in the Midwest providing investment and representative services.

Suzanne Serino

Suzanne is Executive Vice President in Chicago and has been a specialist in industrial real estate for 23 years.  She works with large corporations and small business in the leasing, construction, and sale of industrial facilities and has a broad range of experience with landowners and developers.  Her in-depth market knowledge and transaction experience are valuable assets to her success at Colliers.   Prior to joining Colliers in 2015, she was at Avison Young and Cushman & Wakefield.

Aaron Martell

Executive Vice President - Central Region
Logistics Property Company

Aaron is a founding partner and board member at Logistics Property Company, LLC (LPC) where he is responsible for development and leasing in the Central United States.

He has worked for Logistics Property Company and the predecessor companies since 2008 and has developed over 15 million square feet in the last ten years. He leads the company’s Operating Committee and is a member of the Investment and ESG Committees.

Before Ridge, Aaron worked at Banc of America Securities in the Real Estate Capital Markets group. He participated in over $5 billion completed real estate transactions across corporate investment banking, lodging and gaming, and commercial real estate banking.
