Adam D. Roth, CCIM, SIOR is an Executive Vice President at NAI Hiffman and specializes in industrial real estate including land assemblage and development, building sales and tenant representation. As a Director of NAI Global Logistics, Adam focuses on providing real estate and supply chain solutions to distribution and warehouse companies throughout the world on matters including corporate relocation, site search analysis, build-to-suit alternatives, acquisition, disposition and leasing services. Adam has been published in numerous real estate periodicals concerning Hours of Service, Foreign Trade Zones, the ELD Mandate, Port Capacity and North American Transportation Capacity. He was the keynote speaker for the Will County Real Estate Forecast as well as a series keynote speaker for the DePaul University Student Real Estate Organization (REO). Adam has also been engaged as an expert witness for an intermodal development in the State of Illinois and has been involved with the Ray Graham Association, a charitable organization for people with disabilities.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the logistics industry for nearly 10 years. His tenure included 6 years with Roadway Express, Inc. at several facilities throughout the Midwest. Adam was also responsible for Midwest business development at Transplace, a supply chain solutions provider. Adam graduated Bowling Green State University with a BA in Accounting.
