Nick serves as the Co-Chief Investment Officer at Bridge Industrial, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic investment decisions and overseeing the firm’s transaction pipeline, mainly development opportunities. With a deep understanding of market dynamics and a proven track record in successful real estate investments, Nick brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role. He also directs day-to-day asset management operations, including construction, leasing, and dispositions.

Since 2015, Nick has played various roles throughout the company’s expansion, including Partner, Acquisitions and heading the Midwest region, as Chicago market officer. His ability to identify emerging market trends and drive value creation has been instrumental in delivering exceptional results.

Before joining Bridge Industrial, Nick worked at CBRE, within their Investment Properties Capital Markets group.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a double major in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and Finance, Investments and Banking, from University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is an active member of NAIOP, the WREAA, and is a former president of the CJE Senior Life Associate Board.

Ryan Klink, a Managing Director in the Chicago office of Cushman & Wakefield, specializes in business development and client services such as structuring and negotiating commercial leases and assisting with the acquisition and disposition of owned or leased properties and land for corporate and institutional owners and users. Ryan has completed a wide variety of transactions for warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, and e-commerce clients. During his 8-year career in the industry, Ryan has completed over 150 transactions totaling an excess of 6,000,000 SF.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ryan spent 1 year as a brokerage associate at Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, and before that he gained 3+ years of professional experience in the consulting / finance / accounting industries, with heavy client-facing and analytic roles.
