Kate Coxworth

Vice President
JLL

As Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Industrial Services Group, Kate focuses on matching users and owners of industrial space in the Chicago region focusing her efforts on the western submarkets. She represents the needs and interests of both tenants and owners in all facets of industrial real estate, including existing and under development facilities, as well as improved and unimproved land.

Kate joined JLL in 2020 after experiencing success with a boutique real estate firm in the Fox Valley. Prior to real estate, Kate founded and operated a design and manufacturing company in Chicago, IL for 9 years. Her first-hand knowledge and understanding of the limited time, resources, and challenges that business owners face gives her unique insight for both tenants and ownership alike.

Kate graduated from Indiana University in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design and an Associate Degree in Costume Construction Technology.

Packy Doyle

NAI Hiffman

Packy is a Vice President with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services Group and specializes in assisting tenants and owners – both private and institutional – in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development of industrial and land assets in the Chicagoland area. Packy focuses his efforts along the I-55 Corridor from the city of Chicago out to Will County. While this submarket is Packy’s primary focus, he is experienced in multi-market transactions around Chicagoland and the Midwest.

Patrick Turner

Executive Vice President
Colliers

With expertise in the greater Chicagoland area, and a primary focus on the O’Hare submarket, Patrick assisted owners and users in the buying, selling and leasing of commercial property. Teaming with Colliers International Principal Tom Rodeno, he has been involved in more than 180 transactions with a value exceeding $220 million.

Patrick joined Colliers International’s Industrial Advisory Group in 2011 and currently serve as a vice president.

Prior to joining Colliers, he worked at Interstate Tenant Advisors, a tenant representation company specializing in industrial real estate. His primary focus was business development for the O’Hare and Central DuPage markets. Additionally, he worked as a residential agent for Baird & Warner before starting his own development company, Holmes Development. Patrick began his career at Spencer Stuart, an executive recruiting company as a researcher / knowledge manager in its industrial practice.

Nick Siegel

Partner, Acquisitions
Bridge Industrial

Nick Siegel joined Bridge in 2015 and is responsible for Bridge’s acquisition activities nationwide. In his time at Bridge, Nick has successfully been involved in over 18.5 million square feet of industrial real estate transactions (11.5 MSF in Chicago and 7.0 MSF in South Florida).

Nick is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a double major in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and Finance, Investments and Banking. He is a member of NAIOP, the WREAA, and is the president of the CJE Senior Life Associate Board.
