Sean Olvany

SVP, Market Officer
Prologis, Inc.

Sean is Senior Vice President, Market Officer – Chicago. He is responsible for all Operations and. He also responsible for disposition and investment strategy, and community relations. Prologis is the largest industrial property owner in the Chicago market with over 82 million square feet owned and managed.

Sean joined the company in 2016 and previously held positions in Leasing and Capital Deployment.  Prior to joining Prologis, Sean spent three years as broker at Colliers within the Industrial Advisory Group. Previously, Sean was an account services representative with ESPN Customer Marketing & Sales.

Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Providence College previously was President of the Providence College Alumni Association Chicago Club. He is an active member of NAIOP Chicago Chapter.

Kelsey Perrin

VP, Acquisitions & Dispositions
Prologis, Inc.

Kelsey is VP, Acquisitions and Dispositions at Prologis. In her role, she focuses on M&A, multi-market portfolio acquisitions, fund creation, and national dispositions with a primary focus in the West region. Prior to joining the Acquisitions and Dispositions team, Kelsey was an Investment Officer in the Central Region for Prologis.

Prior to Prologis, Kelsey spent nine years at Heitman in the North American Acquisitions group where she was responsible for originating, negotiating, executing, analyzing, and valuing potential investments in direct equity real estate within the United States. Throughout her career, Kelsey has been involved in acquiring and developing properties valued at over $4.4 billion.

Kelsey received a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and Accounting from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She currently serves on the NAIOP Board for the Chicago Chapter and is a member of the Industrial Acquisitions 3 NAIOP National Forum.
