Neal Driscoll

Partner, Midwest Region
Dermody Properties

Neal Driscoll is Midwest Region Partner for Dermody Properties and is responsible for the company’s expanding portfolio across the region through the pursuit of acquisition, development, redevelopment and build-to-suit opportunities, as well as oversight of the existing portfolio.

Mr. Driscoll was previously Vice President and Market Officer for Liberty Property Trust. During his 15-year career with Liberty, he oversaw a portfolio that grew from approximately 8 million square feet to 19 million square feet of industrial space across the midwestern United States including Chicago, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Indiana, Cincinnati and Columbus. In this capacity, Neal was responsible for all aspects of Midwest enterprise including acquisition, disposition, (re)development, leasing and operations. Prior to his time at Liberty, Mr. Driscoll was an industrial broker in the Midwest providing investment and representative services.

Mr. Driscoll holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate and finance from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. He has been an active participant in local real estate associations such as NAIOP, SIOR and AIRE, as well as not-for-profit advisory boards.

Jonathan Pozerycki

Partner, Chicago Region
Bridge Industrial

Jon joined Bridge in 2015 and is responsible for Bridge’s development and acquisition activities throughout Chicago and the greater Midwest region. Jon has successfully been involved with transactions totaling more than 20 million SF valued at over $5 billion during his time at Bridge.

Prior to his role with Bridge, Pozerycki started his career in the development and investment departments at
CenterPoint Properties located in Chicago. He is a graduate of Colgate University where he received his BA. He is a member of NAIOP and AIRE.

Josh Udelhofen

Senior Vice President
Trammell Crow

Josh Udelhofen is a Senior Vice President for Trammell Crow Company’s Midwest operations. In this role, Josh oversees the firm’s industrial development and investment initiatives in the Chicago region. He was previously based in St. Louis, where he was responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and field execution activities in the St. Louis and Kansas City markets.

Prior to joining TCC, Josh held senior leadership positions with two St. Louis-based development firms, Altus Properties and The Koman Group. During his tenure at these well respected firms, Josh oversaw the development of over $600MM in development across multiple product types. Notable achievements include the development of Missouri’s first LEED Gold office building (Centene Plaza), the highest multifamily per-unit sales price (Arterra), and two St. Louis Development of the Year recognitions (Cupples 9 and 700 Market).

Maria Alexakis

Managing Director
CIBC

Maria Alexakis is a managing director in CIBC’s U.S. Commercial Real Estate Group.
She leads a team executing CIBC’s relationship banking strategy with middle-market
companies in the commercial real estate industry. She is responsible for business
development and relationship management, generating new commercial real estate
relationships and identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships with clients.
Before joining CIBC subsidiary PrivateBank in October 2007, Alexakis was a senior vice
president in LaSalle Bank’s Illinois commercial real estate division, leading a team of
relationship managers who oversaw a nearly $1 billion portfolio.
Alexakis is a Board Member of NAIOP Chicago, currently serving as their Programming
Chair and previously serving as a Liaison to the Developing Leaders Board, she is a
member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has been a mentor for
CIBC’s corporate mentor program. In 2017, she participated in the Executives’ Club of
Chicago’s LEAD program for high-potential talent.
