Traci Buckingham Payette focuses on providing her clients with the best over-all strategic solution to their real estate needs. In her tenure with CBRE, Traci has ensured her clients have complete access to the CBRE platform/service lines. As a result Traci has negotiated on her clients’ behalf in global markets.

Brett Kroner

Brett Kroner is an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield and brings 26 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Brett’s areas of expertise include strategic planning, transaction management, logistics analysis, development and design/build advisory, structured finance and tax, engineering, economic incentives counseling, asset valuation, project management and land acquisitions and development. Brett advises clients on planning production facilities and distribution centers on behalf of shipping, manufacturing, retail e-commerce and logistics companies. He uses an integrated approach, combining site selection and supply chain strategies, with real-time market knowledge and the insight to deliver value-added services to clients with superior results that return financial savings.

Prior to joining the Cushman & Wakefield, Brett was at CBRE from 2002 to 2014. Brett’s team, which included Keith Puritz, ranked as CBRE’s #1 Chicago industrial team from 2002 to 2014. Brett also earned entry to CBRE’s chairman’s circle from 2008 to 2014. Before moving to CBRE, Brett was with Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on industrial property transactions in the Chicago metropolitan area from 1997 to 2002. Prior to 1997, Kroner spent two years with CB Commercial of Denver, Inc. as part of an industrial redevelopment team for Stapleton Airport.

Adam Roth

Executive Vice President

Adam Roth, CCIM, SIOR is an Executive Vice President at NAI Hiffman and specializes in industrial real estate including land assemblage and development, building sales and tenant representation. As a Director of NAI Global Logistics, Adam focuses on providing real estate and supply chain solutions to distribution and warehouse companies throughout the world on matters including corporate relocation, site search analysis, build-to-suit alternatives, acquisition, disposition and leasing services. Adam has been published in numerous real estate periodicals concerning Hours of Service, Foreign Trade Zones, the ELD Mandate, Port Capacity and North American Transportation Capacity. He was the keynote speaker for the Will County Real Estate Forecast as well as a series keynote speaker for the DePaul University Student Real Estate Organization (REO). Adam has also been engaged as an expert witness for an intermodal development in the State of Illinois and has been involved with the Ray Graham Association, a charitable organization for people with disabilities. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the logistics industry for nearly 10 years. His tenure included 6 years with Roadway Express, Inc. at several facilities throughout the Midwest. Adam was also responsible for Midwest business development at Transplace, a supply chain solutions provider. Adam graduated Bowling Green State University with a BA in Accounting.

Keith Stauber

Managing Director

Keith Stauber is a Managing Director with Jones Lang LaSalle where he is focused on leading new business efforts and expanding strategic client relationships as a senior leader with JLL’s Ports, Airports and Global Infrastructure (PAGI) team as well as a certified member of JLL’s Supply Chain and Logistics Consulting team. Keith assists corporations and investors/owners with the development and implementation of their real estate strategies including the acquisition, disposition, development and capital market activities of facilities in the Midwest, the United States and internationally.

Keith has more than 25 years of experience in acquisitions, leasing, investment and land sales and build-to-suit development having completed numerous physically and financially large and complex projects. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Keith was Senior Regional Director of First Industrial Realty Trust’s Midwest region where he oversaw all aspects of a 10 million square foot portfolio and in addition completed 2.8 million square feet of build-to-suits across the Midwest and Southeast. He joined First Industrial in 2006 from Colliers International (formerly Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler), where he was one of the top industrial brokers for many years.
His current and previous clients include Andersen Corporation, Caterpillar, Kimberly-Clark, Kohler Company, Pechiney, Power Packaging (now DHL/ExelLogistics), Inc., SC Johnson, Snapple Beverage Co., Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Whirlpool, Cabot Properties, Inc., CenterPoint Properties, Clarion, Duke Realty, Elion Partners, First Industrial Realty Trust, IDI, JP Morgan, Liberty Property Trust, LINK Industrial Properties, Meritex Enterprises, Northern Builders, PGIM (Prudential), Prologis, Ridge Property Trust, Sitex Realty Group and The State Teachers Retirement Systems of Ohio.
Keith holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University.

Keith was an invited participant in U.S. Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker’s September 2016 Chicago Regional Port Roundtable. He has been a guest speaker and panelist on many real estate and transportation related events including the Journal of Commerce’s annual Inland Port conference and guest lecturer at Northwestern University’s Transportation Center and DePaul University’s Kellerstadt Graduate School of Business. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Chapter of NAIOP and as Co-chair of its Developing Leader and Scholarship committee. He was an active member of SIOR and previously served as President of the Chicago chapter as well as having held other officer positions. He is an active member and a former Board Member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE). Keith formerly served as a Board Member of Glencoe School District 35.
