2026 DL Mentorship Program
Are you a NAIOP Chicago DL Member (35 & younger)? Then apply today for our 2026 Mentorship Program. This annually sold-out program will help you build long-term relationships that can help pave your future in the CRE industry.
Now in its 15th year, the Mentorship Program provides Developing Leaders access and connections to leaders in the CRE industry who are committed to sharing their knowledge. This unique opportunity allows Developing Leader Members to take their NAIOP Membership one step further and focus on specialized relationships in the real estate industry.
Eligibility:
- Must be a NAIOP Chicago Developing Leader Member (35 and under)
- Minimum 2 years in the commercial real estate industry
- Past program participants eligible to reapply
Guidelines:
Mentors and Mentees will commit to:
- Four one-on-one meetings within 2026 (Meetings may be virtual or in-person. It is recommended that Mentors and Mentees discuss goals and expectations at their first meeting.)
- 2026 Mentorship Program Events include:
- In-Person Kick-Off Event
- A Mid-Year Event
- Closing Event
