Industrial real estate is entering a new cycle.  Join us on Thursday, April 16th for a conversation on how projects are getting from deal to delivery in today’s evolving market. Industry leaders will share real-time insights on development, creative capital stacks, and the key factors driving which industrial projects move forward – and which don’t, including:

  • Where the industrial market stands today – locally and nationally – and where opportunities are emerging
  • How capital stacks are evolving across debt, equity, and core capital sources
  • What separates the “haves” from the “have-nots” in getting deals done
  • How asset selection, tenant credit, and location impact financing and execution
  • Key trends shaping development vs. acquisition strategies across industrial asset types
