NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, has over 18,000+ members across the country with a network of chapters spanning coast to coast. Over four decades ago, NAIOP was formed to provide colleagues in commercial real estate with avenues towards a better way to do business.
NAIOP members are accountable for the vast majority of industrial, office and mixed-use development in the United States.
Membership is individually based and membership benefits are assigned to the individual. However, many of our members' companies pay dues for their employees to support their involvement.
