Awards for Excellence
The Awards for Excellence Committee oversees all logistics of the awards event including staging, presentation, sponsorships and publicity. The Committee is responsible for coordinating the nomination process and, along with the Nominations Subcommittee, is responsible for reviewing Award nominations and drafting the nominee list.

Developing Leaders
Networking and education for commercial real estate's young professionals 35 years of age and younger.
Chair: David Prell, CB Richard Ellis, Inc.

Legislative Affairs
The Legislative Affairs Committee is responsible for tracking issues that affect the real estate industry in our city and state, communicating and mobilizing the membership behind relevant issues and making a difference in city and state government.
Chair: Cory Singer, Midwest Development Partners, LLC

Membership
The Membership Committee is responsible for retention and soliciting new members for the Chapter. Member promotions and members-only events assist the committee in their efforts.

Programming
The Programming Committee is responsible for identifying topics and speakers for the monthly breakfast meetings as well as planning any special events including the Cubs Rooftop Event and the Golf Outing.

Sponsorship
The Sponsorship Committee is responsible for soliciting annual program sponsors as well as any special sponsorship programs that may be needed throughout the year.
