Community Giving

On March 8, 2006, members of the NAIOP Chicago Board of Directors presented a check for $25,000 to Pat Magoon, President & CEO of Children's Memorial Hospital. The donation was based on proceeds from the annual NAIOP Chicago Awards for Excellence.

In 2003, NAIOP Chicago began a new partnership with Children's Memorial Foundation. Founded in 1987, the Children's Memorial Foundation is a charitable 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, through which all gifts benefit Children's Memorial Hospital.

NAIOP Chicago has donated over $100,000 to CMF in an effort to enhance and expand their programs for children and their families!

2006 marked the beginning of a five-year commitment to Children's Memorial Foundation to raise $150,000 to support their efforts.

From 1987-2001, NAIOP Chicago partnered with Habitat for Humanity (HFH) and donated over $350,000 to their efforts in the Chicagoland area.
